Clients and coach work in partnership to establish goals, develop a practice specific to those goals, and work toward those goals, together.
The goal of individual coaching is to provide each client with the technical knowledge, social support, and framework to confidentially pursue their movement goals. Individual movement coaching is best for those who:

Looking to add more movement into their lives and would like some guidance to get started
Have been engaged in a movement practice and desire feedback to keep their practice moving forward toward their goals.

Weekly in-studio sessions that focus on your movement goals
Access to your coach via email/video chat for additional weekly support
A weekly at-home practice to supplement your studio practice
